Shipping policy

Processing and production

Every Theo & Co. piece is made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. Larger items such as rugs and bedding may take slightly longer.

Domestic shipping

Once your order ships, standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3–5 business days.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs processing.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local customs authority, and we have no control over the amount or when they are applied. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.

Please enter your address exactly as your local postal service formats it. Incomplete or incorrect international addresses are the most common cause of delayed or undeliverable packages.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Multiple shipments

Because our pieces are made individually, orders containing several items may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You won't be charged extra for this, and each shipment comes with its own tracking.

Delivery address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Production begins shortly after your order is placed, and we're unable to reroute a package once it's on its way.

Delays

Occasionally carrier delays or high-volume seasons can affect delivery times. If your order seems to be taking longer than expected, email contact@shoptheoandco.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
