Refund policy

Every Theo & Co. piece is made to order just for you. Because each item is produced individually, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Email us at contact@shoptheoandco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. There's no need to ship anything back.

Because production begins shortly after checkout, please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before completing your order.

Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. After that, your item may already be in production.
